Introduction
Client Compliances define the policies and procedures of the client related to the Services that are comprised in the organic or offering documents. The client compliance documents ensure that organizations are following industry regulations and guidelines.
The Client Compliance in Entire OnHire application includes a set of rules that need to be acknowledged by the members to be eligible for work. The Acknowledge types for the rules are Read and Sign Information, Read and Accept Information, Read and Send Information, Information only, and Blank Information.
Important Things to Note:
1. Visibility of Available Shifts
Regardless of your compliance, you will still view all shifts the same as before. It will NOT impact your ability to view assigned or released available shifts, only your ability to accept these via the app.
2. One & Done
Once you acknowledge the compliances for a client, you will not need to acknowledge them again.
3. Simple
It has been designed to be as clear and simple as possible. Each compliance will include details of all information required to be actioned, otherwise known as a ‘rule’.
This program has been integrated across the following platforms
-
Staff Web Portal
-
Member App
-
Client Portal
For every booking - specific client requirements can be recorded, tracked, and reported by:
-
service location and/or delivery location
-
qualification
-
expertise
-
training records
-
health records
These compliances will show to members in real-time via their apps prior to accepting a shift. Members who meet the client compliance criteria will be immediately eligible to accept, those who don’t will be able to view, acknowledge and/or submit the relevant documentation for verification and be considered for future work opportunities at that site. Importantly, this feature will not inhibit members' ability to view bookings but will prevent them from accepting the shift if non-compliant.
