Acknowledgement of Compliance Storage

Client Compliance is a document-based program. Therefore, each time compliance is acknowledged by a member, the system will either:

  1. Check the document has been uploaded
  2.  Create a document

To ensure this feature does not interfere with other records - any member acknowledgement is recorded in the member profile under Compliances Acknowledgement instead of Documents. The exception to this is Document Check.

For Document Check system will cross-reference the member profile for required documentation.

Another Method is

To view all the member-acknowledged documents:

  1. Click Member Quick Link and search for the Member.

  2. Click Documents.

  1. Click > View Compliances/Acknowledgements to view the Compliance Acknowledgement.

  2. View the Member Acknowledgements document by clicking the Click to View Acknowledgement icon.
  3. Member Acknowledged Documents are set according to the client compliances. You can download any document by clicking on it.

Documents are normal documents that the members/applicants upload corresponding to their profile.

Member Acknowledged Documents set as Client’s Compliances

When a member accepts the compliance rule to accept the shifts, then those documents are considered member acknowledged documents.

You can download the Member Acknowledged Documents that are highlighted in Blue color. The document is downloaded in PDF format.
