      Staff Shift Performance Report

      This report allows you to report on all shifts entered within a certain period

      Please note the report will work and provide data on the basis of Shift Creation Date, like if the Shift Creation date is 02 June and Shift date is 15 June,

      When running the report with the period, 04 June to 16 June, the respective shift will not be included as the shift creation date is 02 June…

      The data is pulled based on the period date - so it is not about shift dates

      Maximum of 1 year date range to pull report

      Mandatory Fields

      • From Date

      • To Date

      • Staff Role

      Optional Fields

      • Specific Staff Member

      To Access:

      1. Reports - Performance Reports - Staff Shifts Performance Reports

         

      2. Enter Relevant fields

      3. Get Report

         

      Report Break Down

      Shift Entered - Shifts that are first entered by the Allocator, within the finance portal or staff portal. It can be shifts in the future or past.

      Member Confirmed - Shifts that have been confirmed on behalf of a member by Staff

      Client Confirmed - Shifts that have been Client confirmed on behalf of that Client by Staff

      Booked - Shifts that have been confirmed by Staff

      To Print

      1. To Export please Select the highlight icon below then select the File Format

         

      2. Then click Export, then it will load at the bottom of your browser for you to open and save on your computer
