New Client Portal
The new Client Portal 2.0 is designed for your clients to manage their Bookings, Staff Preferences, Timesheets, Appraisals, and Finance through an enhanced interface that allows for increased engagement. The new Client Portal is controlled from the master settings defined at the Global and Client Levels in your Entire OnHire Staff Portal.
The star features of this enhanced Client Portal include:
- Global and Client Level Master Settings – You can set the global and client level settings to control the authorisation levels for your clients.
-
When you apply client level settings and the flags that are set to ‘YES’ will override the settings provided in the global master level settings. The flags that are set as ‘NO’ will apply settings as defined in the global master level settings.
-
Calendar View Bookings – The Bookings are organised in a highly requested Calendar View to manage all the upcoming and recent bookings by shift date. The Calendar View provides a comprehensive overview of the Category and Status of each shift. This allows for the quick creation of shifts and mobile-friendly management of bookings to allow for updates on the go.
-
User-Based Restrictions – Different users can login to the platform with custom permissions and views as per their level of authorisation. These custom access levels are set and updated from your master settings.
-
Enhanced Member Card – Overview of all the member cards for a selected date. The member card shows the Shift Category, Shift Status, Shift Time, Qualification, and Infections (if any) for all relevant members. You can edit any or all shifts for the selected date.
-
Enhanced Request and Restriction – The updated Request and Restriction section gives you a quick visual overview of the all applied member preferences for future shifts.
-
Multi-Element Editing – Edit multiple bookings and member preferences in a single action.
-
Appoint Members – Appoint or remove members while editing the booking.
-
Compliant Bookings – In-built client compliance, infection control, and member fatigue management checks are applied for new and existing bookings.
-
Filters – Filter your bookings and staff preferences based on your choice of criteria.
-
Bookings can be filtered by Date, Service Location, Delivery Location, or Advanced Filters data.
-
The Staff Preferences can be filtered by Service Location, Delivery Location, Restriction Reasons, or Personnel Preference data.
-
Mobile Friendly Interface – The enhanced client portal has been designed with an adaptable interface, allowing for features to be easily viewed and used on mobile devices. This enhancement allows for a more consistent user experience across desktop and mobile and allows your clients to interact and be accessible when away from their desks.
Users need to provide web app user credentials to login to the mobile view of the new Client Portal.
