What is a Member Leave Balance Report?
The Member Leave Balance Report is used to view the employees' leave balance details categorised by the Leave Category. The report displays the current financial year YTD balance, which aligns with the balance on the member's payslip.
How to Access Member Leave Balance Report?
To access the Member Leave Balance Report:

Click Reports → Member Reports → Member Leave Balance and the Member Leave Balance page opens
How to Generate Member Leave Balance Report?
The Member Leave Balance Report is generated based on the selected Member Name, Leave Category, and Employment Status.
To generate the Member Leave Balance Report:

Provide Member Name, Leave Category, and Employment Status

Now, click Report, and the report will be generated as shown in the figure below
If no filter field details are provided, selecting Report will display all existing members' details under the specified Leave Category.
- To export the report in the Excel Format, click Export → Excel
- The Member Leave Balance report is downloaded and exported into Excel format as shown in the figure below
- To export the report in the PDF Format, click Export → PDF
- The Member Leave Balance report is downloaded and exported into PDF format as shown in the figure below.
