How to terminate a member

To terminate a member, you should remove them from any shifts they are currently assigned to. Here is how you can do that:

  1. Click on the Allocations Bubble.
  2. Select the shift from which you want to remove the member.
  3. Click on Remove
  4. A pop-up box will appear; select the member you want to remove.
  5. Select the reason and click on Yes.

Please note that the member can only be removed after the shift is Assigned, Broadcast, Offered, Proposed, Accepted, Withdrawn, or a Client Request.

 

After removing the member from the shifts, you can change their employment status to Terminated by going to their Personnel Card, reviewing all details, and updating the Employment Status to Terminated.
