How are Processed Leave Shown in Generate Payslips?

In the Generate Payslips stage of payroll processing, a new column Leave Accrued is visible. After the payroll processing is completed, the Leave Accrued column will display either a Yes or No value.

For any assigned leave that is accrued in the payrun, the value in the column is shown as Yes, and if the assigned leave is not accrued, the value in the column is shown as No.

On clicking Yes in the Leave Accrued column, a Leave Details pop-up appears. The Leave Details pop-up shows the leave accrued details of all the assigned Leave Categories of the member with Earning Category as 'Accrue hour per hour worked' or 'Accrue Fixed hour per primary payrun'.

For the Leave, 'This Pay' and 'Year To Date' details are shown:

1. In the 'This Pay' row:
    1. Accrued: shows leave units accrued for this pay period

    2. Used: shows the leave units utilized in this pay period. These units represent the approved leave requests processed during this pay period

    3. Balance: shows the Year-To-Date (YTD) leave balance after calculating the 'This Pay' accrual and leave units used

2. In the 'Year To Date' row:

    1. Accrued: shows the Year-To-Date (YTD) leave units accrued by the member, including the accrued units for 'This Pay'

    2. Used: shows the Year-To-Date (YTD) leave units utilized, which includes approved leave requests processed and the units from 'This Pay'

    3. Balance: shows the Year-To-Date (YTD) leave balance after calculating the 'This Pay' accrual and leave units used
