How to access Client Compliance Report?
To access the Client Compliance Report:

Click Reports → Client Reports →Client Compliance
Client Compliance Report
Please entered the filters as required and then click Report to see the results
Filters include
Field Name |
Description |

Servicing Office |
Select the required Servicing Office. The report will be generated for the selected Service Location(s). In case the Servicing Officeis not selected, the report for all the available Servicing Office are generated. |
Service Location |
Select the required Service Location. The report will be generated for the selected Service Location(s). In case the Service Location(s) is not selected, the report for all the available Service Location(s) are generated. |
Delivery Location |
Select the required Delivery Location based on the selected Service Location. The report will be generated for the selected Delivery Location(s). |
Qualification |
Select the qualification. In case the Qualification is not selected, the report for all the available qualifications are generated. |
Rule Status |
Active or Inactive |
Rule Created/Updated Date |
Select the date range that the rule was generated or updated within Please note this is mandatory |
Download Report
Based on the selected filters for the Client Compliance Report you can download the report in two available formats i.e. PDF format or CSV format (excel.
PDF Format
The figure below shows the Client Infection Control Report in the PDF format generated based on the selected Filters.
CSV Format
The figure below shows the Client Infection Control Report in the CSV format generated based on the selected Filters.
Email Report
Once you generate the report you can select “Send Email” and then this will ask you to select a template and who the email would be emailed to with the attached file.
