Entire OnHire provides two primary options (Released or Broadcast shift) for publishing shifts to multiple Members via the Mobile App. While these options appear similar, they differ in how shifts are displayed and who can view them.
- Released Shift: When a shift is released, it becomes visible in the Released Shifts section of both the App and Staff Portal for all Members who meet the shift and system criteria.
- Broadcast Shift: Reserve shifts to be visible to selected Members via the Staff Portal and App. If a Member is Broadcast into a shift, it will be visible under My Shifts in the App to accept/decline the shift.
