1. Help Menu Links Fixed in Staff Portal - ✅ Resolved
Issue Resolved. The Help menu links now seamlessly direct users to the correct URLs.
- When you select the Help Centre option, the Entire OnHire Knowledge Base will open, allowing you to access all available Entire OnHire Knowledge Base articles
- When you select the Submit a Request option, the Xeople Support Portal will open, where you can view the status of all your open and closed tickets and create a new support ticket
- When you select the Store Access option, the Entire OnHire Knowledge Base opens with Online Store details. Browse and purchase add-ons, integrations, and services available through the Entire OnHire online store
2. ClickSend and Burst SMS Features Working as Required - ✅ Resolved
Issue resolved. The following SMS-related issues have been resolved:
- ClickSend SMS and Burst SMS are now reliably delivering bulk SMS and notifications through the Bulk Push Notification screen for both single and broadcast shifts.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) SMS messages are securely delivered using ClickSend or Burst SMS services, ensuring robust and reliable coverage for users across all regions.
- In the Staff Portal, all screens that initiate SMS messages (such as the Client Allocations screen, Contact Log screen) are securely delivered to users across all regions.
Ensure that valid credentials are configured to enable successful SMS message delivery.
3. Enhanced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Browser Sessions - ✅ Resolved
Issue resolved. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) now saves session information for specific browsers and devices.
When you log in using MFA and select the 'remember me' option, a verification code will not be required for the specific browser and device for a predefined period (e.g., 2 or 7 days). However, you will still need to verify your identity if you access the system from a different browser or device, if your session expires, if cookies are cleared, or if security settings are updated.
A verification code will be sent to your registered email address and will include the code expiry time.
