What is a Professional?

Professionals are key staff of the Client and usually those responsible for ordering and approving the staff sent to one or multiple service locations. There are 5 different professional Types that each offer different levels of access within the Professional Portal. When a professional is created a unique Professional ID an Password is created by the system. These credentials are needed for Professionals to access the Online Portal or Mobile App.
