Qualification Settings Review
Your Qualification and Expertise structure is one of the most important parts of your Entire OnHire system. Together they are the key criteria used for recruitment, bookings, allocations, payroll, and invoicing.
From a recruitment perspective, it is important that your casual application page clearly shows each job role or skillset that you are currently hiring.
On your casual application page, the description of qualifications will appear in the drop-down box for applicants to select.
It is important to review that all qualifications descriptions are clear to ensure applicants can identify which option to select.
Steps to Review Qualification Descriptions:- Access Masters > Member Master > Qualification/Classifications.
2. For all Qualifications set to show on the application page ensure the descriptions are clear.
3. If any need to be edited select the pencil next to the applicable qualifications to open the editor.
4. To edit the description update the below field and click on the green tick to save.
