What's the difference between Onhold and On Hold?
- On Hold applies when an applicant is booked into an interview and after the interview (the recruiter is unsatisfied and marks them as on hold & deferred).
- 'Onhold' applies when no interview is ever booked and (the recruiter is unsatisfied and marks them as onhold & deferred).
