How to Create Requests and Restrictions
Request and Restrictions allow you to apply; "requests" or "restrictions" for Members and Service/Delivery Locations.
To enter in a Request/Restriction follow the below steps.
-
Select the Restrictions bobble
-
Click on the Requests and Restrictions tab
-
Search and select the member from the drop down box
-
Click on Add New Request and Restriction
-
Fill in the required fields ensuring you select whether it is a Request of a restriction in the Requests/Restrictions field.
Please note that the Service location list will display locations linked to the same office as the Member. If you wish to expand this to add in a entry for a location in a different office please select 'All Clients' as shown below.
*It is important to be aware that you need to enter ALL delivery locations in the delivery location field if you want to add an entry for a member for the whole service location eg the whole site.*
Example - If you only list at Service Location "Melbourne Hospital" but you do not add the restrictions to the deliveries like "ICU, WARD 1" you will still be able to roster them if those deliveries are in the shift entry but if you try to book at Melbourne Hospital with no deliveries you would be blocked from allocating
