I have created a service location in the system, why is it not showing?

When creating a client for the first time in the system, you must fill in the required Status Field. On the initial creation page, the available drop-down selection is "Client Future Opportunity," which is an inactive Client Status. Further steps are required to make the Client active.

Follow these steps to check the status of a Service Location and activate if required:

Search for the Client you have created: This can be done by:
  • Selecting "Profiles" in the top bar menu > Hover down to "Clients" and across to "Search Client" and Select.


  • Or Select the Clients Bubble.

From the "Search Client" page, apply a Search Value or select all clients and filter using the small filters shown in the large red box below.

3. Select the location name from the list. This will load another page with the location's profile.

4. Scroll down the page to Status and ensure this is set to "Client Active" and press Save.
