How to view and track Debit/Credit Notes
As our financial system doesn't handle payments directly, the usage of a debit note is tracked in your accounting software (e.g., MYOB/ZERO).
When a debit note is used:
- The debit note is generated by our system.
- This information is entered into your accounting software.
- It shows in your accounting software, and you can report on it there.
- When you receive payments, it will show if the debit note was used or not.
