      How to view and track Debit/Credit Notes

      As our financial system doesn't handle payments directly, the usage of a debit note is tracked in your accounting software (e.g., MYOB/ZERO).

      When a debit note is used:

      1. The debit note is generated by our system.
      2. This information is entered into your accounting software.
      3. It shows in your accounting software, and you can report on it there.
      4. When you receive payments, it will show if the debit note was used or not.
