FAQ: Can I set the system up to automatically suspend members if they don't work?

Yes you can - this makes use of our Automatic Batch Run program. In this page, you can set a set number of days that a member can go without working before being made inactive:

Per the above, you are able to configure an email to be automatically sent to the manager (in this case, the reporting office manager). This DOES require configuration from the support team, please get in touch if you are interested - once in place, you can then edit the content of the above.
