FAQ: Can I set the system up to advise if a member consistently does not enter availability?

Yes you can - this makes use of our Automatic Batch Run program. In this page, you can set an automated email to go out if any member does not enter their availability for a set number of days:

Per the above, you are able to configure an email to be automatically sent to the manager (in this case, the reporting office manager). This DOES require configuration from the support team, please get in touch if you are interested - once in place, you can then edit the content of the above.
