FAQ: Why can I not see certain screens in the Entire web portal?

The most likely answer is due to user authorisations - for more information please see here: User Authorisations. These are used to limit/shape what certain role types can see within the system by limiting access to certain modules/sections:In the example above, someone with an OPERATIONS-LEVEL 2 authorisation level will not be able to see any of the client details and logins.

If you are unable to access a certain screen or part of the system this is most likely why - please get in touch with a system admin within your organisation and request either that authorisations be changed if all members of your team/at your level need to have access or request to have your personal authorisations changed
