      New Feature

      Flare HR

      Flare HR offers paperless onboarding, members benefit and management of the Superannuation Fund. The Superannuation Fund is an organizational program created for the benefit of members. This tool empowers members to submit or update their Superannuation Fund. The choice of superannuation fund is an important personal financial decision :moneybag: :innocent:.

      On completing onboarding, the Superannuation Fund selection allows members to select the existing superannuation fund, or the option to select a new Super Fund with ease.

      The Superannuation Funds are mainly categorized as Major Funds and Self-Managed Funds. In the Entire On Hire, the available Superannuation Funds are selected from the Default Fund, My Own Fund or Self-Managed Fund.

      📝Before selecting your Superannuation Fund, always consider the relevant product disclosure statement and choose the Super Fund that is appropriate for you :blush:.
