Welcome to Entire OnHire X 6.1 Beta Release. We are pleased to roll out our new X 6.1 Beta Release Notes. Currently, this version is available to our Beta Clients only. We are anticipating releasing the production version of this Beta Release in October 2021.

New Features
Rates Calc
The RatesCalc is one of the distinct and powerful features that helps to automate the workflow and ensure legal wages and payroll compliance, rate accuracy, and efficiency. It updates any increase or variation in real-time to ensure that payroll is processed in accordance with the legal standards.
The RatesCalc helps to automate and streamline the processes instead of manual handling of payroll, penalties, allowance, and schedules. The RatesCalc is integrated with the Entire OnHire application to automates the process, generate efficient and accurate quotations for Jobs.

Xeople Sign
Xeople Sign is designed to manage the digital document workflow and allows you to generate, submit and e-Sign online documents. This saves time with flexible workflow capabilities that allow you to automate and standardize critical processes and with the ability to set the order of steps and recipients of documents.

Digital Timesheet
The Digital Timesheet consists of a mandatory compliance requirement for the member while submitting the timesheet assigned by the client. The primary goal achieved is to reduce workplace risks and implement safety and health programs for the employees.
The Digital Timesheet includes a self-inspection checklist that must be completed by the member at the end of his scheduled shift. The member is required to provide his mandate against each task before submitting the timesheet.
