📈SEEK Integration Upgrades
Apply with SEEK improves the candidate experience by allowing applications
to be completed directly on your job application page, with key information like contact details, and CV details pre-filled from their Jobsdb/Jobstreet profile.
- Apply with SEEK is Now Available via JobStreet and JobsDB
Apply with SEEK is now available via Jobstreet or Jobsdb and has been upgraded to support international hiring across SEEK’s Asia Pacific markets. All Entire OnHire customers who use Jobstreet and JobsDB and require candidates to apply on their careers site will be automatically upgraded to the enhanced Apply with SEEK experience.
- Identifier Update: Hirer ID Replaces Advertiser ID
With the introduction of the enhanced Apply with SEEK feature, the legacy Advertiser ID format will be phased out. The new Hirer ID will serve as the unique identifier for each employer or recruitment organisation. This change is internal to SEEK and does not impact your existing workflows—no action is required from your end.

📈TLS 1.3 Upgrade
EOH Finance Application Only - TLS 1.3 Compliance Upgrade and Maintenance Plan
🚀 Why is this Upgrade Required?
The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) is mandating the transition to TLS 1.3 for all Digital Service Providers (DSPs) to enhance the security of Single Touch Payroll data transmissions. TLS 1.2 will be retired by 31st December 2025, making the upgrade mandatory.
This is a compulsory national security uplift for all Digital Service Providers (DSPs) to ensure data encryption, compliance, and alignment with ATO’s prescribed standards.

To comply with this requirement, EOH must complete:
- Windows Server Upgrade (2017 → 2022)
- TLS 1.3 Application Upgrade
🛠️ Maintenance Overview
As a Digital Service Provider (DSP) with the ATO, this update is a mandatory process to ensure compliance with both the system and your business. We will be upgrading our Windows Server (2017 → 2022) and updating the EOH Finance Application to support TLS 1.3.
There will be no downtime for the rest of the EOH system or mobile apps — only the Finance Application will be affected.
The upgrade will be delivered in two distinct phases:
- Phase 1 — Windows Server Upgrade (Requires Downtime)
- Phase 2 — TLS 1.3 Application Upgrade (No Downtime)
