✅Resolved Issues
1. Client Portal - Calendar View Displays all the Available Bookings - ✅ Resolved
Issue Resolved. In the Client Portal, you can now access a comprehensive calendar view that displays all bookings, including shifts from the previous month, the current month, and the upcoming month as shown in the figure below.
2. Client Allocations - Duplicate Members for Same Shift not Displayed - ✅ Resolved
Issue Resolved. In the Client Allocations of the Staff Portal, duplicate members for the same shift are no longer displayed.
3. Reference Pending - Options Available to Send Email, Feedback Reminder, or SMS to Selected Referees - ✅ Resolved
Issue Resolved. In the Reference Pending page:
a. You can now send Emails, Feedback Reminders, or SMS messages exclusively to the selected referees from the list of pending referees as shown in the figure below.
b. You can now send Emails, Feedback Reminders, or SMS messages for all the records displayed on the current page. By selecting the header checkbox, the pending referees are efficiently selected from the visible records to distribute Emails, Feedback Reminders, or SMS messages as shown in the figure below.
4. Client Allocations - Members with Restrictions are not Available for Selection in Multi Booking - ✅ Resolved
Issue Resolved. In the Client Allocation, restricted members are not available for selection when you appoint the members for Multi Booking shifts.
5. Client Portal - Multi Shift Booking Time Discrepancy in Email - ✅ Resolved
Issue Resolved. In the Client Portal, when creating multi-shift bookings with varying time slots, the booking confirmation email will now accurately reflect the specified time slots.
6. Xeople Sign - Enhanced Document Preview - ✅ Resolved
Issue Resolved. In the Xeople Sign, the document preview feature has been enhanced to provide a precise and detailed view of the documents.
7. Download Bookings - Authorisation Based - ✅ Resolved
Issue Resolved. In the Staff Portal, the Download Bookings feature will be available based on the Users Authorisations provided in the Staff Portal. Staff members without access permissions will not be able to view the Download Bookings option as shown in the figure below.
