About EOH Software Rebranding
We are excited to announce the rebranding of our Staff Portal, Client Portal, Finance Portal, Applicant Portal, and Mobile Apps. Now, the Entire OnHire application will have consistent visual design, branding uniformity, and enhanced user experience with the assurance that all the features and functionalities are the same.
We assure you that this software rebranding will not affect your user accounts, data, or any ongoing subscriptions. You can continue to use our software as usual and expect similar quality and support from us.

Login Page
The new Entire OnHire Login screen showcases a fresh, elegant design featuring a new branding color theme. The Login page features a dedicated Help and Support link, allowing users to access the Entire OnHire Knowledge Base or contact Support for assistance.
The Powered by Xeople at the bottom of the screen provides a direct link to the Xeople website for further information and resources. The application version link directs you to the knowledge base articles of the latest version.
Forgot Password
On clicking Forgot Login Id/Password? and Change your Login Password, the screens below appear respectively. You can conveniently initiate a password reset process.

Application Theme
The Staff Portal features a default color theme, as shown in the figure below. However, you can customise and apply a new color theme according to your preferences.
Landing Page
The new Entire OnHire landing page showcases Menus, and Quick Links options with a new theme to align with the rebranding. This will include a fresh look and a new user experience. 
The new landing page displays:
1. Menus with a new color theme
2. Quick links with a new color theme and enhanced icons
3. All user settings and Help are shown in a collapse button

The Login page shows the Powered by Xeople at the bottom of the screen and provides a direct link to the Xeople website for further information and resources.

In the Landing page, the copyright details are updated with the new company name 'Xeople Pty Limited'.

Software Rebranding – Finance Portal
Login Page
The new login pages for the Finance portal were available in Entire OnHire version X9.5. In this version, the rebranding of Entire OnHire is reflected throughout the application.
Application Theme
Now you can apply a similar color theme as selected for the Staff Portal. To configure the new color theme for the Finance Portal:
- Go to Application Settings → Look and Feel and activate the flag to ON in Apply Theme in Finance Application
- Click Save
On clicking save, the selected color theme for the Staff Portal will be applied to the Finance Portal. By default, the 'Apply Theme in Finance Application' flag is set to OFF.
The Finance Portal screen below showcases the applied color theme as 'Green'.
Enhanced Icons and Buttons
The Finance Portal shows:
- Menu bar with enhanced icons
- Enhanced buttons with a new applied color theme to maintain a consistent appearance across the platform
Enhanced Backgrounds Images
To enhance the user experience, distinct background images are implemented for each stage of the invoice and payroll processes as shown in the figure below |

The splash screen features the Powered by Xeople at the bottom of the screen across all Entire OnHire Mobile Apps.
