      Why is the day of the week wrong for the date of a shift on the members' app?

      If you see an image like the below, where the days of the week are displaying incorrectly on the members' app (for both of the below, these were taken in 2024, the 9th of April was a Tuesday and so on):

      The first step to try, is confirming that your phone's calendar is set to Gregorian - the standard calendar used across Australia. For an Apple Device, follow the below steps:

      1. Open Settings
      2. Select the General option and then Language & Region
      3. Then, select the Calendar option and set Gregorian

      If this does not resolve the problem - please get in touch with our support team as we will need to investigate this issue as a bug.
