The Allocations padlock changes to orange when a document is uploaded directly to a specific shift.
Shift – Document Uploaded – Padlock Orange
This is usually for documents like care plans and job reports for a shift.
Sometimes members accidentally upload their timesheets here.
To Upload a document against a shift:
- Select the shift.
- Click on the blue Document button.
- Enter a file name, then select the file you want to upload from your system.
- You will be able to see the added file below and the padlock will change to orange.
File name should not include special characters. File format (.pdf, .doc, .docx,.xls, .xlsx, .jpg, .jpeg, .png files) only.
