      Why is the Allocations Padlock Suddenly Orange?

      The Allocations padlock turns to orange when the member uploads a shift document directly to the shift.

      Tip i: (this is usually for documents like care plans and job reports for a shift).

      Tip ii: (sometimes members accidentally upload their timesheets here)

      To view/download the document:

      1. Select the shift

      2. Click on the blue document icon 

      3. Click on the blue text of the document
