      Why is the Allocations padlock suddenly orange?

      If the Allocation's padlock turns to orange when the member uploads a Shift document directly to the shift, follow these tips:

      Tip i: This is usually for documents like care plans and job reports for a shift.

      Tip ii: Sometimes, members accidentally upload their timesheets here if it's their first time on the app! - good to check!

      To view/download the document:

      1. Select the shift
      2. Click on the blue document icon
      3. Click on the blue text of the document
