Why is a member's name shown in orange?

When a member's name is showing in orange instead of blue, it indicates that the member has entered their availability for that particular time as possible.

The "Possible" availability option is provided to members to highlight that they wish to be notified of shifts. However, they may not be able to accept the shift for various reasons.
