Why does this person's expiry check show when it's not expired?
When allocating a member to a shift, you may encounter the Member Check popup, as shown below. This popup identifies expired compliance documentation that needs to be reviewed before allocating the member to the shift.
Please note: This feature checks the expiry date against the shift date. If a booking for a future date is taken and falls outside the expiry date of the member's compliance documentation, this error will show. This is to ensure all members have up-to-date compliance documentation when on shift.
If you have any questions or need assistance with compliance documentation, feel free to reach out.
