Why does the Staff Performance and Daily Booking Report never match?

Our Staff Performance Report focuses on the touch points and actions associated with a shift. For example:

• Entered by Sarah
• Booked by Bobby
• Edited and reconfirmed by Stacy

Even though there might be only one shift, each action by different staff members—Sarah, Bobby, and Stacy—is considered and added to their respective totals within the report.

This report encompasses all shifts' touch points, including entry, confirmation, etc., within the specified period, irrespective of the actual shift dates.

Whereas the Daily booking report is all about the shifts that are occurring or being completed within this period of the actual shift dates regardless of when it was entered.
