Why do I have a 'Not Enough Memory' error?

If you ever receive an error on your computer of ‘Not Enough Memory’ please follow the steps below.

1. Search on your computer for your ‘Task Manager’.
2. Select the ‘More Details’ to expand the page.
3. Once this has loaded, please click the ‘Performance’ tab.
4. Then select the ‘Memory’ tab along the right hand side.
5. Review the below highlighted numbers -

If the Memory percentage (%) is low that is good, but if it is high - 50%> that means that your memory needs to be reviewed.
Please check your ‘Available’ space as well - There needs to be above 4GB available.

After reviewing the above numbers, please consult your IT team as this is an internal IT issue regarding your internal computer memory space and will not be able to be rectified by the Entire OnHire Software System.
