REPORTS

Why can I see random letters in the Availability Report?

When you pull an Availability Report for your Members, it will normally show you if the Member has selected AM, PM, NS, etc., for their availability for the specific day or date range you are looking for.

If you see that on one of the dates it shows PM BLU or any other combination of three letters next to a shift type, this means that the Member is already in a shift for that day, and it is showing you the first three letters of the Service Location of the shift.

For example, PM BLU = PM Bluecross shifts.
