Why can clients cancel shifts outside of the defined windows under 'Configure Client Interface'?

The team is aware of the fact that in some instances, clients are able to use the professional app to cancel shifts outside of the window of time nominated in your New Client Portal settings.

Fortunately, the New Client Portal is now mobile friendly - meaning that clients can use the web address for all purposes that previously required the app. As such, although updating the app is not currently on our road map and it is slated to no longer be maintained - this has been directly addressed by moving all functionality over to the now mobile-friendly web app.
