Why am i getting an error when trying to up upload an allowance in a Rate Table.

If you are trying to upload an allowance into a rate table and getting the below error, please be aware that this is going to be fixed in version 9.5. 

To fix this for now, please ensure that the 'Exclude Default Allowance' is blank and does not have any writing in there. Once this is blank, re-save the document and upload the new document.
