Troubleshooting "Declined" Error When Accepting a Shift

If you are receiving an error message saying "declined" when trying to accept a shift, it could be due to a few different reasons:

  • Allocations Broadcasting: Allocations may be broadcasting the shift, and accepting at the same time as another worker can cause a conflict and result in the shift being declined.
  • Allocator Selection: The allocator may have already selected someone for that particular shift within their allocations system, blocking you from accepting it.
