What do I do if I have issues with SPF/Whitelisting Emails?

If you are having any issues regarding SPF or Whitelisting your emails, please contact our Support Squad by lodging a ticket and we will be able to provide you with access to your Sendgrid account. This allows you to see:

  • Have your emails gone through to Members, Clients, and Applicants
  • Have your Members, Clients, and Applicants received your emails
  • If not, why - have they blocked your email, marked as spam, gone to a junk folder, opened and forgotten, etc.
