View Payroll History
This section allows you to review previous payrolls, export to PDF, and email payslips and dockets to the members and client


First, select your period ending date. If you are searching for a specific payslip or docket, you can fill in those fields.
Then click “Get Details” and select the payslip you want- it will load an overview of that pay run.

Exporting to Excel
From here, you can either export it to excel and save it onto your c drive. See an example of it below

Payslip Export Report – Column Summary
| Column Name | Description |

| Payslip No. | The unique identifier for the generated payslip, grouping all related shift entries for that pay cycle. |
| Split | Identifies whether the shift has been split into multiple parts (e.g., 1 or 2) for calculation or record purposes. |
| Client | The client or facility name where the shift was worked (e.g., Daisy Doms Aged Care Adelaide). |
| Area | The specific department or work area within the client site (if defined). |
| Emp No. | The employee’s unique number within the payroll system. |
| Member Name | The staff member’s full name as recorded in the system. |
| Qual | The employee’s qualification or role classification (e.g., EEN – Endorsed Enrolled Nurse). |
| Expertise | Any additional expertise or specialty under the qualification (if applicable). |
| Pay Level | The award or classification level used for pay calculation (e.g., EEN-CS-P1). |
| Shift Date | The date the shift was worked. |
| Shift | The type of shift (e.g., AM, PM, NS, SL – Night Shift, Sleepover, etc.). |
| Start | The start time of the shift. |
| End | The end time of the shift. |
| Docket No. | The system-generated docket or shift reference number. |
| Order No. | The job or booking order number associated with the shift. |
| Rate Table | The pay rate table applied to calculate wages for the shift (e.g., HEALTH 2024–2025). |
| Break | The total duration of unpaid break time (in minutes). |
| Hours | The total hours worked for the shift (after breaks). |
| Pay Rate | The hourly rate applied for that shift, based on qualification and level. |
| Sub Total | The gross earnings for the shift before allowances. |
| Allowances | Additional payments applied for that shift (e.g., travel, sleepover, meal allowance). |
| Totals | The combined total for that shift (Subtotal + Allowances). |
| Finance Notes | Notes added by payroll or finance (e.g., verification method, import details). |
| Shift Verification Notes | Confirmation details of who verified the shift, when, and how (e.g., “Verified from Group Review & Verify Screen by XEOHMN”). |
Emailing Payslip and to Member or Client
This feature allows users to quickly email payslip or docket copies directly from the payroll screen to members or clients. It is primarily used after payroll has been processed and verified, ensuring that staff and clients receive accurate records of shifts worked and payments made.
Accessing the Screen
Navigate to:
Payroll > Processed Pay Details > Email Docket / Payslip Copies
This screen displays all processed pay records for the selected period. Users can review details such as:

Email Options
At the top of the screen, you’ll see three buttons for emailing records:

| Email Payslip to Member | Sends a copy of the member’s payslip directly to their registered email address. |
| Email Docket to Member | Sends the shift docket summary to the member for their personal reference. |
| Email Docket to Client | Sends the client a copy of the relevant shift docket for verification or record keeping. |
Steps to Email a Payslip or Docket

Select the relevant record(s) using the checkboxes in the grid.

Click on one of the three email options:

A confirmation window will appear allowing you to:

Review the recipient details

Add an optional message

Confirm and send the email

Once sent, the system will record the email activity against the member or client’s profile.
Additional Notes

Only processed and verified payroll entries can be emailed.

If the payslip or docket was imported externally, ensure the shift verification notes are completed before sending.

Email templates are configured within the system setup to ensure standardised communication formatting.
