Title - Spacing/Double Spacing Issue in Job Post

Why Do I see the double-spacing while posting Jobs to Seek/Broadbean? Or why the alignment for the post is not appropriate?

Encountering challenges with spacing or alignment often arises when posting jobs, particularly when copying data from a source with pre-existing formatting.

This means that any existing formatting in the copied text is retained in the clipboard, resulting in potential spacing or alignment discrepancies on the page.

To mitigate this issue, kindly adhere to the following steps:

  1. Copy/Type the text and paste it first on a Notepad (.txt file) with the option selecting – Paste as plain text.

2.   Copy/Paste Text Without Formatting:

Instead of directly pasting after copied from the source, use the "Paste Special" or "Paste without formatting" option.

This is usually available in most word processors and text editors. It allows you to paste only the text without carrying over any formatting.

Best practice is to use Paste as Plain Text Shortcut:

Some applications and websites support keyboard shortcuts for pasting as plain text. For example, in many applications, you can use Ctrl+Shift+V (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+V (Mac) to paste without formatting.

By following these steps, you can ensure that you are pasting clean, unformatted text and avoid spacing or alignment issues when posting jobs.
