 How to Access Talent Search?

To access Talent Search:

  1. Click Talent Quick Links.

  2. Search employees by filling in the below parameters and click Search. You will get the list of names with their ID, First Name, Last Name, Industry, Qualification, and CV Parsed etc.

How to View Candidate’s Information in Talent Search?

After searching the candidates, you can click on the First Name of a specific candidate, and a new window will open on the right-hand side which has stored all the information of the candidate.

 

Field Name

Description

Details

It consists of basic details (name, gender, and home address etc) of the candidate.

Skills

Name of the skills possessed by the candidate.

Resume

It shows whether a resume is available or not for a candidate.

Shift Activities

It shows the previous, current and future shifts.

Availability

It portrays that a particular member is available on a specific day.

Jobs

It consists of information about candidate-job source (Broadbean or SEEK) to this member portal.

Notes

Information that is filled in the member portal about the candidate while interviewing and screening etc.

CV Parsed Results

It fetches all the information automatically from the CV/resume when a candidate or staff member uploads it on the member portal.

 

 

How to Contact Candidates in Talent Search?

  1. Select Single or Multiple Candidates and this appears

     
  2. Select From

    1. Email

      1. Either uses an Email Template or start from scratch

      2. Scroll down and select Send Email

    2. Send SMS/PUSH

      1. Select a Template or free type and press “Send SMS” or “Send Push Notification”

    3. Parse CV

      1. To Parse multiple Resumes please Select Parse CV

        1. Please note the credits summary in the top corner

          Then the popup appears and press go
