Superannuation Reconciliation Report
The Superannuation Reconciliation Report displays the following Payroll and Superannuation figures:
· Normal and Overtime Hours
· Allowances
· Total Earnings
· Super Including Additions
· Super Excluding Additions
· Gross for Super
· Super Calculated
· Super Payable
· Difference
The report period is filtered by your Superannuation Cut off dates only if the monthly period has been completed and these dates are configured in there -Payroll - Super Cut off Master.
Authorised Users can access the report by selecting:
Payroll > Superannuation > Superannuation Reconciliation Report


If completed you then are able to select Show report or export out to excel
Important Tip:
Filter Dates represents Superannuation cut off dates. Selection of each date fetch Superannuation details of “Period Ending Dates” executed after previous month cut off date till the selected month cut off date in the “To Cut Off Date”.
For example: if selected “From cut off date” is 27th November & “To Cut off date” is 25th December then system will fetch superannuation data for 2 months from Ending dates processed after cut off date in the previous month selected in the From Cut off date i.e. October till ending dates equal to 25th December.

This report displays the breakdown of payroll earnings and superannuation calculations for employees within the selected period end date range. It assists in reconciling wage payments against superannuation liabilities and ensuring all contributions are processed correctly.
Report Name: Payroll/Superannuation Calculation
Date Range: 27 March 2022 – 22 September 2025
Column Breakdown
| Column | Description |

| Emp Name | Lists each employee included in the report with their system ID. |
| Normal Hours | Total hours worked at standard pay rates. |
| Overtime Hours | Total hours worked at overtime rates. |
| Allowances Desc | Any additional allowances paid (e.g., travel, meals). “NIL” indicates no allowances. |
| Total Earnings | The total gross amount earned by the employee for the reporting period, combining normal hours, overtime, and allowances. |
| Super Inc. Additions | Manual additions made to superannuation (outside system calculations). |
| Super Ex. Deductions | Manual deductions or excluded items not counted toward superannuation. |
| Gross for Super | The total earnings amount used to calculate superannuation contributions. |
| Super Calc | The calculated superannuation contribution (typically 11% of gross super earnings). |
| Super Payable | The amount of superannuation due to be paid or remitted to the fund. |
| Difference | Any variance between calculated and payable super amounts (used for reconciliation or correction). |

Interpretation

The difference column shows where the superannuation payable amount does not match the calculated amount, potentially due to rounding, manual adjustments, or timing differences between payroll and super contribution processing.

The report assists payroll and finance teams in reconciling discrepancies before submitting contributions to the employee’s nominated super fund.
