The settings found within this tab are set for you during the implementation process.
It is a good idea to review these details for accuracy and then edit as required. It is important that you NEVER edit the Customer Code or the Web Portal Web Links.
These details are linked to many different areas within your system and any change in this data will result in your portals ceasing to work. Please ensure that the Super Employer ID is also present and correct.
Main Area within System Settings
Timesheet Cut-off Day Settings
There are two settings available to set a cut-off for timesheet submission.
You can set a Number of Days or you can set a Day of the week. If you choose to set a number of days, ( 30 for example ), members will be able to submit timesheets for shifts/jobs that were booked 30 days prior to the current day.
If you choose to set a Day of the week, members will be able to submit timesheets for shifts/jobs that were booked from the first day of the pay week you are processing up to Midnight of the day you have set.
EG: You set Monday as your cut-off day. The pay week you are processing is Monday, 1 January to Sunday, 7 January. Members will be able to submit timesheets for their shifts/jobs within that period up until Midnight on Monday, 8 January.
Shift Booking Settings
There are two settings under this heading. We would usually recommend that the first setting ( Shift Bookings ) be selected ( ticked ) as this will allow your allocations staff to enter shifts/jobs that may overlap in time.
EG: Community / In-home care – members may need to visit several locations within a shift-type period of AM. If this setting is not ticked, Entire OnHire will not allow your allocations staff to put more than 1 shift in for AM
The second setting is usually left deselected ( unticked ) however, this is optional. If this setting is selected ( ticked ), your members will see the Service Location name instead of just the location function. EG: If you have this setting selected ( ticked ), a shift at Frankston Hospital will be displayed on the member app as Frankston Hospital instead of Public Hospital
