Service Rates
The Service Rates report displays Shift and Allowance payrates connected to the selected rate table, the are several filters and report options that can be used to filter the results of the report.
Purpose
The Service Rates Report provides a comprehensive overview of all charge (billing) and pay (member) rates configured within a specific rate table (e.g. “Aged Care 1”).
It allows users to view and validate rates by qualification, shift type, and allowance type, ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with client agreements and award structures.
This report is commonly used by:

Report Filter Breakdown

| Field | Description |

| Service Location | Select the location or site under a specific client where the service rates apply (e.g. “Aged Care 1,” “Melbourne Hospital”). |
| Rate Table | Mandatory field. Selects the rate table being reported on (e.g. “Aged Care 1,” “Industrial Labour,” “NDIS Support”). Defines the set of shift and allowance rates to display. |
| Qualification | Optional. Filters results to a specific qualification (e.g. RN, AIN, Labourer, PCA). |
| Expertise | Optional. Allows further filtering within the selected qualification (e.g. “Enrolled Nurse – Medication Endorsed”). |
| Pay Level | Optional. Selects a specific pay level within the qualification (e.g. Level 1, CWL2). |
| Rates | Determines what type of rates the report will display: |

Shift Rates: Displays hourly or daily rates for each shift type and day of the week.

1. Shift Rates Section
Title:

Columns Explained

Displays the additional allowances applied to shifts, usually linked to specific qualifications or conditions.
