Introduction
The referee dashboard in the Entire OnHire assists the staff to verify the details submitted by the applicant from the applicant’s referees. The applicant has to fill in the referee’s name, mobile number, email address, work contact number, and place & time worked with the applicant.
How to Access Online Referees?
To access Online Referees:

Go to Recruitment Quick link.

Click Reference Pending.
- From the List of Pending Referees, click the required Applicant/Member link to view all the online referees submitted by the member.
- View all the referees submitted by the applicant.
How to Create Referees?
To create referees:
1. Click the Create New Referee to generate a new referee for the applicant.
2. Fill in the required details and click Confirm to save the details. Click the Create New Referee to generate a new referee for the applicant.

Select the referee’s qualification from the drop-down dialogue box. |

Mention the position of the referee in his/her current company. |

Mention the number of years that the applicant has worked with the referee. |
Contact Email |
Mention the email address of the referee. |
Contact Numbers |
Input the work, home or the personal number of the referee. |
Reference Contact Priority |
Set the Priority to low, medium or high as per requirement. |
How to Edit Referees?
To edit referees:

Click the name under Referee Name.
- Edit the required details for an existing referee and click Confirm.

Set it to low, medium or high according to the requirement. In Referee Status, select the options from the drop-down dialogue box as New, Waiting, Completed, Inactive, Rejected, and Approved. Created by/on: mentions the staff ID with the date and time when it was created. Updated by/on: mentions the staff ID with date and time when it was last updated. |
How to Notify Members to Submit New References?
To notify members to submit new references:

Click Notify Members to submit the New References option.
- Fill in all the required details to send a notification to submit the new references. Click Send Email.

How to Approve the Referee’s Feedback?
To approve the referee’s feedback:

Select a name from the Referee Name and Create Referee window will open.

Select Approved in Referee Status and click Confirm.

The Contact Status will be changed to Approved.

Once every referee is approved for the applicant, then press Click to approve Referee’s feedback.
