Why are my members not able to submit their timesheet?

There are a few reasons why your members may not be able to submit their timesheet. Troubleshoot by checking these reasons.

 

1. The member may not be filling in all the correct information. 

Please ensure the member is filling out all the information in the timesheet, including getting a supervisor signature and signing the timesheet themselves. A docket might also need to uploaded. 

 

2. The Professional Supervisor is Mandated for the clients site. 

If the professional supervisor is mandated for a site and the members will not put in a supervisors name and then will come up with an error. 

You can check this by going on this client card under Client Management

 

3. Timesheet cut off date and where to find date.

If the member is trying to submit a timesheet on a day that is not the day of the shift and they are getting an error when trying to submit their timesheet, you will have to look at your global settings at the timesheet cut off date.
