Print Employee Timesheet to be Completed

The Print Employee Time Sheet function allows administrators or payroll officers to generate printable or PDF versions of employee timesheets for a specific period.
These reports are typically provided to clients for shift verification, signature collection, and recordkeeping before payroll or invoicing is processed.


Filter Fields Explained

Field Description
Group By Determines how the report will be grouped. You can choose between:
Service Location – Groups timesheets by the client or facility (e.g. Daisy Doms Aged Care).
Delivery Location – Groups timesheets by the specific department or site (e.g. Ward 3B).
From Date / To Date Defines the date range for which timesheets will be printed. Only shifts that fall within these dates will be included.
Group Name Filters by a specific company group (if your database contains multiple business groups or branches).
Service Location / Delivery Location Optional filters that narrow down results to a specific client or worksite.
Admin Location Allows selection of a specific administrative office or region managing those shifts.
Report Header Lets you customise the top section of the printed timesheet (e.g. include “Entire OnHire Timesheet Header”).
Report Footer Allows for footer customisation, such as including a note or the company’s disclaimer.
Print Report Generates the report for preview or printing.

Purpose of This Report

This report is used to:

  • Generate official timesheets for client verification and signature.

  • Provide supporting evidence for payroll processing and client invoicing.

  • Serve as an audit record of who worked, where, and when.

  • Assist in reconciling shift data with confirmed shifts and invoices.

Table Columns Explained

Column Description
Employee Lists each staff member who worked shifts during the selected period.
Shift Start / Break Start / Break Finish / Shift Finish Displays start and end times of shifts and any recorded breaks.
TOTAL HRS Total paid hours worked after break deductions.
Employee Sign / Manager Sign Signature fields for both the employee and client manager to confirm the shift.
Client Comments / Rating Optional fields for client feedback or performance rating (if enabled).

When to Use

Once the timesheet is printed, signed, and returned, it can be:
