The Member Travel Claim report provides a calculation of the total kilometres entered by members as travel claims when submitting through the mobile app. Once submitted, these claims are verified and processed within the payroll system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
The report offers both Date Range and Member filters, enabling users to generate precise, member-specific or date-specific results for detailed analysis and auditing.
Authorised users can easily access the report by navigating to:
Reports > Member > Member Travel Claim
This report can be exported directly as an Excel Document, using the Export to Excel option.
