Member Master - Shift Task Checklist

The Digital Timesheet Shift Tasks Checklist consists of a mandatory compliance requirement for the member while submitting the timesheet assigned by the client.

To create the Shift Tasks Checklist in the Staff Portal:

  1. Go to Masters >> Member Master and click Shift Tasks Checklist
  2. Add New Task Group
  3. To add a new task group, click Add New Task Group.
  4. Fill out the mandatory details per the below:
  • Task Group Name: this name will appear in the app when members complete the form
  • Task Group Description: this is largely an internal message to describe the purpose of this checklist
  • Show to Members?: this will determine whether or not the checklist is visible via the app
  • Mandate Member Reply?: this will determine if members have to complete the checklist
  • Min number of member responses required: this determines how many responses are required for the given checklist per shift
  • Show responses in Digital Timesheet?: This option when active includes the checklist in the digital timesheet for this staff member
  • Show to Clients?: If "Show to Members?" is set to YES, then this will allow your clients to view the checklist response whilst reviewing pending timesheets
  • Mandate Client Review?: If "Show to Clients" is set to YES, then this will require your clients to review the responses to the checklist before accepting timesheets via the client portal
  • Task Group Instructions: This allows you to include details/instructions to your staff members when they submit their responses to the checklist via the app.
  • Status: This determines whether or not the above settings and checklist will apply according to the above settings
