Member Master - Company Policies

Company policies provide the ability to upload global documentation that is mandated to be read and accepted by Applicants and Members.

It is important to note that these policies are global and will apply to all Applicants and Members regardless of industry or qualification.

Some examples of documentation that can be uploaded include but are not limited to:

  • Employee Handbook
  • Terms of Service
  • Company Expectations/Code of Conduct
  • Confidentiality/Non-disclosures
  • Timesheet Submission Policy

Please note that Applicants will only be able to view and accept company policies after access to the Applicant Portal is provided.

How to add a new Policy:

  1. Access Masters > Member Masters > Company Policies. You will be directed to the Company Policies Master.
  2. Add New Policy:
  3. Enter the Policy name and upload the file.
  4. Click the green tick icon to save

These policies will then appear in the Members' App under the more options tab (top-left hand corner of the screen) --> Employment Policies, this will appear per the below screenshot:

This will be visible on the Staff Portal under a particular member's Member Card --> Employment Policies, this will appear per the below screenshot:
