Important: Please ignore this if you have not heard from any of your members facing an issue in the Member app.
Following recent changes in the IOS apple app security affecting Enterprise apps for authenticating users mentioned in the apple release notes refer to the links below, we have been made aware that some member users have been facing issues signing into and using the Member App. An exhaustive investigation shows that the root cause of the issue is confined to some handful of Apple iPhone users wherein they are unable to access the member app on the mobile network, but the app is running smoothly on the WIFI network. Due to the issue randomly coming on any phone without any consistency of the phone model & software version, it took us a fair amount of time to find the root cause.
Cause of an issue & steps undertaken by Entire to resolve

Entire OnHire has identified the issue. The issue is related to the API service calls that need changes as per iOS updates to authenticate users according to new iPhone policies & version notes.

There are various other API services affected due to a change. Due to the large impact on various parts of the Member App, there is a need for extensive testing of all app features required.

Fix & Release Time
At this stage, we are anticipating up to one week of development & release time to be able to get the app back with no issues on the app store. We will ensure to provide you with an update every 48 hours on our progress & will contact you immediately if a target release timeline is affected.
Steps members can take interim until they hear back from you
Affected Members to use the app on WIFI network. The app all features are running smoothly on WIFI due to the usage of static IP addresses instead of the dynamic IP address by mobile networks.
Entire apologies for any difficulty this issue has caused your business, your team members, and/or your clients. It is an issue that is confined to a small number of users however we are doing all we can to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
