Don't worry! Your ability to view shifts won't change, no matter your compliance status. You can still see all available shifts, but accepting them through the app depends on your compliances.

Once you acknowledge the compliances for a client, you're good to go! You won't need to do it again unless you have multiple qualifications on file. Easy-peasy!

If the agency doesn't have a specific document, it'll show as orange. Check the pending status and remember you can't accept the shift via the app until it's resolved. Give the agency a call to discuss and see if you can accept the shift.
