Member App - Client Compliances Only

Hey there, awesome app users! We've got some exciting and straightforward tips to help you with client compliance. 🎉

  1. Visibility of Available Shifts

    • Don't worry! Your ability to view shifts won't change, no matter your compliance status. You can still see all available shifts, but accepting them through the app depends on your compliances.

  2. One & Done!

    • Once you acknowledge the compliances for a client, you're good to go! You won't need to do it again unless you have multiple qualifications on file. Easy-peasy!

  3. Keep it Simple!

    • We've made it super simple and clear for you. Each compliance comes with clear instructions, just like a friendly 'rule' you need to follow.

  4. Colour Coding Fun!

    • We've added colours to make it even more fun! 🌈

      • Orange 🟠: No action needed. Just read the instructions on how to become complaint

      • Red 🔴: Action required! Two types: Read & Send, or Read & Sign.

      • Blue 🔵: No action needed. Just important info for site or shift requirements.

  5. Examples & How-tos

    • We've got you covered with examples of how to handle each compliance type. Just follow the instructions to take appropriate action.

Type 1: Document Check

  • If the agency doesn't have a specific document, it'll show as orange. Check the pending status and remember you can't accept the shift via the app until it's resolved. Give the agency a call to discuss and see if you can accept the shift.
